Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The Garage Exotica QuickJack Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Garage Exotica (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters relating to the administration, operation, and selection of winners.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins when entries are made available and ends when all three hundred (300) total entries are sold or on June 30, 2026, whichever occurs first (“Sweepstakes Period”).

5. How to Enter

A. Entry by Purchase

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing Sweepstakes entry options made available on Sponsor’s website during the Sweepstakes Period. Each valid entry represents one (1) chance to win.

Entry pricing, promotional offers, and discounts may change during the Sweepstakes at the discretion of Sponsor. Price changes do not affect previously purchased entries or the odds associated with those entries.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” × 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received within a reasonable time thereafter. Each properly completed mail-in entry will be treated as one (1) entry and will have the same odds of winning as a purchased entry.

Limit: One (1) AMOE entry per person.

6. Entry Limits

This Sweepstakes is limited to three hundred (300) total entries. Once all entries are received, entry into the Sweepstakes will close.

7. Prizes

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive their choice of:

  • One (1) QuickJack 8000TLX Portable Vehicle Lift, or

  • $1,500 USD cash, delivered via ACH transfer or PayPal, at Sponsor’s discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,150

Shipping for the QuickJack is included within the contiguous United States.

Bonus Prizes (4 Winners)

Four (4) additional winners will each receive:

  • A refund of one (1) Sweepstakes entry, and

  • A $25 Garage Exotica gift card

Gift cards are subject to Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions and have no cash value.

8. Winner Selection

After the Sweepstakes closes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select one (1) Grand Prize winner and four (4) Bonus Prize winners.

The drawing may be conducted live and/or recorded at Sponsor’s discretion. The selection process will be random and impartial. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry, including email and/or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable time, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

10. Taxes

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. Prize Conditions

No prize substitution, transfer, or assignment is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

15. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Sponsor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Official Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
