At Garage Exotica, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
✅ Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

Exclusions:

Opened chemicals, detailing products, or consumables (due to safety and contamination concerns).

Special-order items or clearance items (final sale).

Defective/Damaged Products: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
💸 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect items): Garage Exotica will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
🔄 Exchanges
Want to swap for a different product? No problem — exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. Just let us know what you’d like instead when initiating your request.
